Esther Munch

Esther Munch serves as the Development Director for CASA of Southwest Missouri in Springfield, MO. She works to bring awareness of the life-changing mission of CASA to the Ozarks region. Her background is marketing, fundraising and financial management. Suit Yourself is important to her she likes to help empower women and make them feel confident from the inside out!

Virginia Jones

Virginia was an educator for many years.  After retirement, she became active in various volunteering opportunities.  In addition to the Boutique, she has taught Junior Achievement classes, volunteered at Isabel’s House,  Rockin Ribs,and Harmony House.  She also has been involved with BCFO in various capacities including chairing the Time To Share committee. She  works with Help Give Hope throughout the year.  The mission statement of Suit Yourself Boutique fit’s Virginia’s personal goal of assisting individuals to succeed in life by achieving self-confidence.

Diane Homan

Diane Homan currently serves as Executive Vice President and Executive Manager for the Central Trust Company Southwest Missouri Region.  Her primary role is to lead the Southwest Region while partnering with banking associates and other professionals to provide wealth advisory, tax and estate planning strategies, and fiduciary services to clients.

As a founding member of Suit Yourself, Inc., she is passionate about empowering women to overcome the lack of professional clothing obstacle through the services of Suit YourSelf.

Candace Letterman

Candy has been a professional sales person for the last 27 years and currently, Business Development Officer with the Springfield Region of Arvest Bank.  The majority of Candy’s career has been in the Communications and Technology industry. Candy also owns and operates a residential and commercial property management company with her husband.

Candy serves many roles in the Springfield community to include: Leadership Springfield Board member/Alumni Engagement Committee; Suit Yourself Board Vice President; Southwest Missouri Women’s Initiative Founding Member; United Way Champion; Springfield Chamber of Commerce Champion; Harmony House (recent past board member) and iCare National Campaign Advisor; Harmony House Ambassador and Speakers Bureau.

Candy is married to Terry Letterman and they reside in Springfield, Missouri.  They have 2 children and 2 grand-children.  Her hobbies include anything water related; traveling; gardening; remodeling homes; but she most loves spending time with her family.

Ramona George

Ramona George has been a volunteer at Suit Yourself Boutique from the beginning. A supporter of helping women get a job or getting a better job. She has over 30 years’ experience in education and workforce development. Recently retired from Ozarks Technical Community College, she is currently a Board of Directors member of Habitat for Humanity. Ramona looks forward to continuing making a positive difference in the community. Lifting people up by giving a hand up

Patti Penny

Patti Penny’s strong desire to help people succeed in their work led to her founding Penmac Staffing Services in January 1988. From one small office in Springfield, MO, Penmac has expanded into more than 32 offices in eight states, which provide employment, education and training opportunities for more than 25,000 associates annually. 

In 2017, Penny was named Springfieldian of the Year, the highest honor awarded by the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. It is given each year to “an individual who exemplifies outstanding community service, excellence in his or her field, and dedication to improving the quality of life for Springfield and its citizens.” In 2010, Penny was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Stevie Awards for Women in Business. In 2009, Penny was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Public Affairs from Missouri State University.  

In 2010, the Penny family transferred ownership of Penmac to its employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. In January 2012, Penny stepped down as CEO and currently serves as Chairwoman of the Board. 

Her philosophy has remained the same throughout the growth of Penmac: to help people have a better life through securing work that is rewarding.
